I bought the system from A.I.S.

The guys there were more
than willing to help me pick the right system, the right nozzles and
proper setup the whole way. I wouldn't hesitate
recommending
them to anyone.
Below is a phenolic spacer I bought at Autozone. It is made
of a plastic type plenum and drills and taps well. Autozone spacer |
Below
is the underside of the spacer. Fortunately there were gaps
already in the middle, this made the job easier as far as routing out
enough to get the nozzles flush. |
Below is the 1/8th hole threaded. The nozzle will screw into the outside and sit flush on the inside. |
Below is the nozzle in it's final location. The tube will run to the rear and meet up with the other using a T fitting. |
Below you see both nozzles inserted and pointed to the rear. The spacer is upside down at this time. |
Below you see both nozzles (2Gph.) on each side, then into the T fitting. |
Below
you see my windshield washer fluid container with the fitting that
feeds the system. That fitting was part of the kit. |
Below
you will see the linkage and the drivers side nozzle, the tube runs
behind the Carb. and into a T fitting in front of the distributor. |
Below is the passenger side, I used a nitros micro switch to activate the Methanol at 3/4 throttle. You can also see the passenger side nozzle in the spacer below the Carb. |
Below is the 200 psi pump sold by AIS with the feed tube running to the back of the washer fluid container. |
